 for the love...

Last week, while trying to release some stress, I decided to clean out my sewing room.  In doing so, I realized that I needed to either get rid of some of my stash (I can't believe I just said that) or find more space.  Jokingly, I suggested to my husband that we should switch our master bedroom and the sewing room.  To my surprise he enthusiastically said yes! In fact he started moving boxes before I could get over the shock of his reaction.  In retrospect, I guess his reaction was not too surprising because he has always disliked our large master bedroom, but still.  Last night I wanted to make our new bedroom a little more special, and I decided a bunting with the word "love" appliqued on it would be the perfect touch.


The material used was from my stash... so I guess switching rooms did help reduced it a little! I still have a lot of organizing to do in  my new sewing/computer room, but I love it already! (and my husband loves our new bedroom even more!)
